How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add to cart, pick your country, check out. Cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Swish in Sweden. No account needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven't shipped it yet, yes. Email us and we'll sort it. Once it's shipped, it's shipped.
I didn't get an order confirmation.
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, email us with your name and we'll find it.
How much does shipping cost?
Sweden: 59 SEK under 550 SEK, free from 550 SEK. Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Finland): 99 SEK. EU: 149 SEK. UK, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein: 179 SEK. Rest of world: 249 SEK. Per order, tracked. Outside the EU you may pay import duties on arrival — we don't collect those at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us.
How long does delivery take?
We pack in 1–2 business days, then: Sweden 2–5, Nordics 3–7, EU 4–10, UK / Switzerland 5–12, rest of world 7–21 business days after handover. Estimates — carriers and customs can add time.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
How do you ship from production?
Rail freight from China as standard. Slower than air, significantly lower carbon footprint. We plan production cycles around it.
What's your return policy?
Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 14 days. No questions. You pay return shipping to Stockholm.
How do I start a return?
Email us first. We'll reply the same day with the Stockholm address. Don't send anything until we confirm.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Email us. You pay shipping both ways unless we sent the wrong size.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do. Return shipping to Stockholm is on the buyer, in Sweden and abroad. We cover it only if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong one.
What does Masaya Core Tee cost?
Core Flocking Tee costs 549 SEK including VAT. It is a 260 gsm cotton T-shirt with an oversized cut, drop shoulders and raised flocking print. Colours and current size availability are shown on the product pages.
What does 260 gsm mean?
260 gsm means that one square metre of the fabric weighs 260 grams. It describes fabric weight, not the weight of a complete T-shirt. Core Tee uses 100% cotton at this weight. GSM alone does not tell you how long a garment lasts or how it performs in rain.
What materials do you use?
T-shirt: 100% cotton, 260gsm, vintage wash. Cap: 100% nylon, 7-panel. Sling bag: 25 × 18 cm with an adjustable strap. Every product page has full specs.
What is flocking print?
Flocking creates a raised, velvet-like textile surface. Core Tee uses a 30 × 30 cm flocked back logo and a 3 × 3 cm chest icon. We have not published a wash-cycle or abrasion test, so we do not promise a specific print lifespan or claim it outlasts puff print.
How do your sizes run?
The tee is oversized with drop shoulders. Go with your normal size. Check the Size Guide for exact measurements.
How should I care for my clothes?
For Core Tee: wash at 30°C, inside out, and skip the tumble dryer. Summit Cap is hand wash only. Follow the care instructions for the individual product; these are care recommendations, not a measured lifespan guarantee.
What is Masaya Studios?
Masaya Studios is a Stockholm-based streetwear label founded by Måns Engblom. Our style brings together graphic tees and outdoor-influenced accessories. The name comes from the Masaya volcano in Nicaragua. The current ERUPTION 1 range consists of Core Flocking Tee, Summit Cap and Masaya Slingbag.
What do the coordinates mean?
11.984° N. 86.161° W. — the exact location of the Masaya volcano. That's where the name comes from.
Where are your products made?
Production is in China through selected manufacturers. Every item is quality-checked before shipping. We work with specific techniques like flocking, vintage wash, and heavyweight cotton. Not off-the-shelf blanks.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We sell through masayastudios.se. We show up at selected events and locations — follow us on Instagram to know when.
Do you do sales or discounts?
No. We produce smaller runs and sell through instead of overproducing and discounting.
What's your approach?
We work with a focused range: three product models in ERUPTION 1, heavyweight cotton for Core Tee and rail freight as the standard route from production. These are design and production choices. We have not published a product life-cycle assessment or comparative durability test.
Can I stock Masaya in my store?
We work selectively with retailers that fit the brand — climbing gyms, curated outdoor stores, independent design shops. Email sales@masayastudios.se with info about your store.
