You’ll get tracking by email when the parcel leaves.
Outside the EU, the recipient may pay import duties and local tax on arrival. We don’t collect those at checkout.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs, or events outside our control. Once the parcel is with the carrier, they own the transit.
