These terms apply when you shop at masayastudios.se. The seller is Masayastudios, Swedenborgsgatan 5A, 118 48 Stockholm, Sweden. Email info@masayastudios.se.

Orders and contract

Adding something to the cart is not a purchase. The contract is formed when payment succeeds. We email a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (fraud, obvious pricing errors, sold-out stock) and refund you.

Prices are in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT.

Payment

We accept card, Klarna, Swish, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. You pay Masayastudios; Stripe processes the payment.

Shipping

We currently ship within Sweden with PostNord. 59 SEK under 550 SEK, free from 550 SEK. Handling 1–2 business days, transit 2–5 business days. Times are estimates. Risk passes when the carrier has the parcel.

Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging. Email us first. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong one. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return.

Use of the site

Personal, lawful use only. Don’t scrape, overload, or misuse the shop.

Liability

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Swedish and EU law. We are not liable for delays outside our control (carrier, customs, events we cannot reasonably prevent).

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
