You have 14 days from the day you receive the order to withdraw, for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging.
You pay return shipping. Send the parcel back to Stockholm at your cost. That applies in Sweden and internationally. We cover return shipping only if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong one — contact us immediately in those cases.
Email info@masayastudios.se before you send anything. Returns without a request are not accepted.

Size exchanges: email us first. You pay shipping both ways unless we shipped the wrong size.
Once we inspect the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. The bank can add a few days on top. For withdrawals from Sweden and the EU we also refund the outbound shipping you paid. Outside the EU we refund the product, not the outbound shipping.
