Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive the order to withdraw, for any reason.

The item must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging. Email info@masayastudios.se before you send anything back. Returns without a request are not accepted.

You pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong one. In those cases, contact us immediately and we cover it.

Size exchanges: email us. We’ll sort it the same day if we have the size.

Once we inspect the return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. The bank can add a few days on top.
